It is my pleasure to serve you and your child as Principal at Eisenhower Ninth Grade School. I am a native of Fort Worth, Texas, and I graduated from Paul Laurence Dunbar High School. From there I earned my bachelor’s degree from the University of Texas at Austin. Later, I obtained my master’s degree from Sam Houston State University. I have learned from a young age how school can have a tremendous impact in the life of someone. I have been impacted by great teachers in my life; my passion towards teaching and learning is something that I strive to instill in everyone.
My goal for your child is to give him/her the highest quality of education in the best environment possible. I truly believe that through the halls of Eisenhower Ninth Grade School walk the finest students in the nation. We are lucky to have great students, parents, community support, and transformational teachers who facilitate the high-quality educational programs that have been implemented in the Aldine Independent School District. This lifelong love of education is something that we try to instill in our students whether they plan to attend college, serve our country in the armed forces, or enter the workforce. No matter what our students’ career path may be, it is our goal to best prepare them for that transition.
Our school day at Eisenhower Ninth Grade never ends when the final bell rings as we have an exemplary amount of student participation in extracurricular activities including clubs, athletics, and service organizations. We urge your child to become involved in as many other aspects of school outside of the regular day as possible. These other activities not only enhance the experience of high school, but also have been proven to be a phenomenal asset to a student’s education, fostering improved overall motivation, grades, and skills such as time management. Our teachers, staff, coaches, and administration are always here to help in any way we can! Please do not hesitate to contact us at school or via e-mail at anytime to best help your child succeed.
